All leaders (and businesses) hit a glass ceiling at some stage. We become "stuck", either personally (where to next?) or as a business (we seem to be going in circles).

After 3+ decades of being an entrepreneur, and having gone through several ceilings, I wanted to "give back".

Adavise was started with the aim to assist successful business leaders in personal and/or business transformation - where to now? / how to get to the Next Level?

I work personally with select leaders and help them unpack the problem, craft the solution and effect the breakthrough. As each leader is unique, so the process is unique, (not some pre-packaged coaching course). It typically involves a unique blend of business advice, mentoring, coaching and practical planning and accountability.

Interventions can be a short as a couple of intense sessions, or can last many months depending on the work needed and relationship required. I typically work online, so location is not a problem. I have a trusted network of proven specialists that we can call on to unlock specific business problems.
