On Saturday 3rd August, Nick Kelly (Loveday 2008-2013) [right], Freddie Wright (not an OC) and Will Slynn (Cubitt 2008-2013) [middle] are doing the Tallinn Ironman.

The race begins with a 3.8 km two-loop swim in the Baltic sea near the Seaplane Harbour museum. Athletes will then continue onto a 180.2 km two-loop bike course which will bring them along the coastline and nearby villages. The final 42.2 km four-loop run takes participants through the historical city center of Tallinn, an UNESCO world heritage site, and finishes on Freedom Square.

They are raising money for the cancer counselling charity, called We Hear You, which provided great support to Nick when he was recovering from cancer. There is more information on their Just Giving page:  https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/w-slynn
