JOB ADVERTISEMENTS
Us

We provide helicopter charter and management services to business and private clients across the UK. Sometimes chaotic, always professional, our success is based on our close-knit and dedicated team and a total commitment to meeting our clients’ ever-changing needs. We currently manage 8 helicopters, this is set to expand in the coming months, so our brilliant team is growing accordingly.

You

Working directly with our fantastic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for organising all aspects of helicopter charter flights. From the initial quote, finding and visiting landing sites, liaising with our pilots, assisting with refuelling and moving aircraft, and dealing with last minute changes of plan.

This is a hugely varied and highly dynamic role suited to someone who not only remains calm under pressure, but positively thrives upon it. Our clients require flying at all times of the day and night, 365 days a year, their plans often change at short notice and you will be key to meeting these shifting requirements wherever possible. There is a requirement to be available for evening and weekend duties, but with time off in lieu as appropriate.

Based in Surrey, you will be working as part of a relatively small team and your ability to integrate is essential. Flexibility of thought and strong relationships with our clients’ representatives, aviation brokers, engineers and our pilots are vital when dealing with so many variables and moving parts.

You’ll need a keen eye for detail, a proactive nature and as a team player, be able to see where you can add value without being asked. Basically your logistical brain will be tested by a giant game of Tetris on a daily basis, with helicopters, pilots, clients and cars all slotting neatly in to place before the next challenge appears at the top!

Initially a 6-month period with strong potential to become a permanent role, this position would be fantastic for someone looking to get involved in the aviation industry or after a complete change of scene from your average office job. The only thing that’s certain is that no two days will be the same.
