The first of 3 South West lunches planned for 2022 will be held at the Bristol Golf Club on the 11th March just off the M5 Cribbs Causeway Junction 17.

The Invitation and menu details will be sent out in mid January so please check around that date as experience dictates it may finish up in your Spam or Junk Mail box.

This is the 2nd Bristol Lunch that Stephen Vause (2&3 South 1979) has hosted. The first lunch was set just as Covid struck in Cheltenham week 2020 and of the 18 OCs attending the numbers were reduced down to 6 in 3 days. This lunch is priced at £30 and that includes a £3 donation to the OC Society and £2 staff tip.

Stephen has secured the private room reservation with a £100 deposit and we also need to confirm at least 20 covers as soon as possible. Please confirm your attendance asap either by paying a £10 deposit and choosing your food later or by completing your menu choice and paying the £30 by transfer to Stephen, full details will be on the invitation

Stephen is looking at the possibility of a round of golf in the morning if you are interested let him know please, svause@totalise.co.uk.

Deposits will be refunded if we do not make the 20 covers but with 140 OCs living within an hours drive we do not see that as a problem.
